About Us

Cameron has been in the appraisal industry for 10 years and received his appraisal Certification in 2014. He is an East Texas native and graduated from Longview High School in 2009. After graduating, he moved to Scottsdale, AZ for college. He studied real estate brokerage, along with business, and eventually embarked on the path to become a certified appraiser. After 3 years of training, he received his certification and moved back to Longview, TX in 2014. Ever since, he has been appraising in the various East Texas markets.

Cameron has a passion for helping others, thoroughly enjoys problem solving, and is dedicated to providing honest appraisal work in an efficient and timely manner. Cameron enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, golfing, playing racquetball and bowling.

Conroe
Certified Residential Appraiser

Conroe hails from Springhill, Louisiana. He moved with to Longview with his wife in 2020. He joined Texas Best in 2020 and has three years of appraisal experience. Conroe attended Southern Arkansas University and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2019. The things he enjoys about the real estate appraisal industry are working in a versatile work environment and interacting with new people every week. In his spare time, Conroe enjoys spending time with family and friends, mountain biking, and listening to podcasts about theology and college football.

Hunter McDaniel
Appraiser Trainee

Hunter is from the small East Texas town of Liberty City. He is a graduate of Sabine High School Class of 2012. He joined Texas Best in 2022 after 10 years in the oil and gas industry. He decided to change career paths to be closer to home and to spend more time with family and friends. Hunter’s natural interest for investing has drawn him into the real estate industry. An aspiration of Hunter’s is to one day have a sizable real estate rental portfolio with both long-term rentals and short-term rentals. In his spare time, Hunter enjoys going on camping trips and hunting, while also spending time with family and friends.

Nici
Office Manager

Nici operates the daily routine of the office from preparing appraisal reports, scheduling appointments, gathering important file data, and much more! Nici has 20 + years of experience in the real estate industry. She has owned, operated & managed residential & multi-family properties in the past. She graduated with Honors from The Art Institute of Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Business & Retail Management. Nici is extremely passionate about the appraisal side of the real estate industry. Outside of running Texas Best Appraisal’s office, she loves spending time with family & friends. She also enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, reading, traveling, live music, collecting Lego & is an avid animal lover.
